Frank Sinatra in a… junk mail portrait?

This is a confusing photo. The original caption from our friends at WENN claims that this is a portrait made from junk mail: "Sandy Schimmel Gold welcomes such unwanted mail -- and uses it to form stunning portraits of showbiz legends. Schimmel Art is a recycled amalgamation of junk mail, ads and flyers, which Sandy cuts into tiles before skillfully rearranging them" to portray stars like Sinatra and Elvis Presley. That may be so, but surely THIS isn't such a portrait? It looks exactly like a black-and-white photo. If this photorealistic image is made from junk mail "cut into tiles" and pasted together, we'll eat Frank Sinatra's hat.
