Agatha Christie
The cover of Agatha Christie: An Autobiography, an edition published by HarperCollins Publishers India in 1993. That was 16 years after the original was published in 1977. The Daily Mail called the book "Agatha Christie’s most absorbing mystery -- the story of her own unusual life. She has put it all on record: her early romances; a broken (and a happy) marriage; strange events on the path to roaring success."
Christie died in January of 1976, the year before her autobiography was published. She was born in 1890 and was 85 when she died; her final mystery, the Miss Marple story Sleeping Murder, was published later that year.
