Eva Green Biography
French actress Eva Green was the “Bond girl” Vesper Lynd in the 2006 film Casino Royale (starring Daniel Craig). Trained at the Ecole d’Art Dramatique Eva Saint-Paul in Paris, she spent two years on the French stage before making her film debut in Bernardo Bertolucci’s The Dreamers (2003). She appeared in the French film Arséne Lupin in 2004 (with Kristin Scott-Thomas), and then played a randy royal opposite Orlando Bloom in Kingdom of Heaven (2005, directed by Ridley Scott). After filming Casino Royale Green went to work on the film version of Philip Pullman‘s fantasy novel The Golden Compass, the first of the His Dark Materials trilogy. She also co-starred as Morgana in the 2011 cable TV series Camelot.
