Isla Fisher Biography

Australian actress Isla Fisher is the petite redhead who starred opposite Vince Vaughn in the movie The Wedding Crashers (2005, also starring Owen Wilson). Fisher, who is of Scottish descent, grew up in Australia, where she was a TV star by the time she was out of her teens. She then appeared in the big 2002 Hollywood comedy Scooby-Doo (starring Sarah Michelle Gellar), and she had a small part in 2004's I Heart Huckabees (starring Dustin Hoffman). Her scene-stealing performance in The Wedding Crashers earned her widespread attention from fans. In the U.K. she is perhaps more famous as the longtime girlfriend of comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, a.k.a. Ali G.
