Peter Jackson's Animated Epic?
We noticed this story about former rock star Bob Geldof, and how he invested money in Avatar and now stands to make "a massive profit."
Well, good for him. But the article has even bigger news than that: Avatar, it says, is "Peter Jackson's animated epic." And yet, it's been James Cameron who's been running around the planet taking credit for the movie.
Weird. And it can't be right. Everyone knows Peter Jackson's actual animated epic was 1996's The Frighteners (starring Michael J. Fox!).

Heh. It's that biased Canadian media, trying to sneak the credit to a guy from another Commonwealth country.Incidentally, after all that buildup, with Geldof "pouring money" into Avatar and making a "massive profit" -- after all that, Geldof's take was only $80,000? Is that $80,000 Canadian?
