Folk-rocker Catie Curtis grew up in a small town in Maine, attended Brown University and made a splash in the Boston music scene in the 1990's. Her 1997 album Catie Curtis included the single "Soulfully," which was featured on the TV show Dawson's Creek. Her 1999 album A Crash Course in Roses included the folk hit "Magnolia Street."
