Kaiser Wilhelm II, the last Emperor of Germany and King of Prussia, looks imperious in this rather remarkable undated photograph. Yes, that is actually how he wore his mustaches. Wilhelm II was born in 1859, and reigned from 1888 until the end of World War I in 1918.
