Amy Winehouse and her ‘Cynthia’ tattoo

Amy Winehouse performs at The Cornbury Music Festival in Oxfordshire, England on July 9, 2005. Amy Winehouse was born in September of 1983, so she was still just 21 when this photo was taken. The tattoo on her right upper arm, with the title CYNTHIA, was a tribute to Winehouse's grandmother, Cynthia, who had also been a singer in her day. The tattoo shows a woman in shorts, a red blouse, and red high heels, her hands on her hips.
