Anna Kournikova at a ping-pong tournament in Vegas

Former tennis star Anna Kournikova smiles -- coyly? knowingly? humorously? -- for photographers at something called the HardBat Classic VIP After Party at The Palazzo Resort. This was in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 27, 2009. A hardbat is an old-fashioned form of table tennis paddle with hard rubber nubs, rather than the soft sponge rubber which is widely used today. We believe that Ms. Kournikova was simply attending, not playing in, the tournament.
