Yes, that's the Eddie Albert who later played the uptight Mr. Douglas on the TV sitcom "Green Acres."  Here he was supposed to be a groovy-o bohemian photographer enjoying life in postwar Rome.  Meanwhile, Gregory Peck was romancing the princess of an unnamed country, Hepburn, on the sly.
