Caitlyn Jenner

American athlete Bruce Jenner on cover of the August 9, 1976 edition of Sports Illustrated magazine. The photo shows Jenner finishing the 1500-meter race to win the gold medal in the decathlon at the 1976 Summer Olympic Games in Montreal.

Nearly four decades later, in 2015, Jenner announced her transition to Caitlin Jenner by appearing on another magazine cover, in a swimsuit on the front of Vanity Fair magazine.
