A Charlie Chaplin impersonator shrugs his shoulders

Here's an unidentified man taking part in a Charlie Chaplin lookalike contest at the 16th annual 'Reel Awards,' held at the now-defunct Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino Las Vegas, Nevada. The date was May 27, 2007. He's doing a pretty good job! Charlie Chaplin, born in 1889, would have turned 118 the year this photo was taken. The Imperial Palace closed in 2012, and was reopened as The Quad and then, still later, The Linq. The man behind Charlie Chaplin appears to be taking part in a contest to impersonate either the Blues Brothers or actor John Goodman.
