Egyptian queen Cleopatra as she was played by Leonor Varela in the 1999 TV miniseries Cleopatra. The show, based on Margaret George's novel The Memoirs of Cleopatra, also starred Billy Zane as the doomed Marc Antony and the multitalented Timothy Dalton as Julius Caesar.
