Daisy Duke (played by Jessica Simpson) casts a... meaningful? sensuous? bored? glance across the barroom in the 2005 film The Dukes of Hazzard. She is wearing the short shorts known as "Daisy Dukes." The film, based on the popular TV show of the same name, was directed by Jay Chandrasekhar and also starred Willie Nelson, Burt Reynolds, and many others.
