We're not sure what's going on here with Drake Bell's wardrobe. A conservative, old-timey vest, a dad-gift necktie, and an open collar with very long wings? Is this ironic, or is it genuine style for a 20-year-old musician in the year 2006? Is he thrifting, or is this a $4000 ensemble from some fancy Rodeo Drive shop? We just don't know.
