Professor Elizabeth Warren speaks in the Senate Dirksen Building in Washington D.C. on October 9, 2009. The occasion was Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner's testimony before a Congressional oversight panel which Warren was chairing. This was before she was a senator; she joined the U.S. Senate in 2013.
