Fats Domino in a fireman’s cap

Fats Domino wears a fireman's cap, or a convincing simulation of one, as he leaves Rockefeller Plaza after an appearance on NBC's The Today Show. This was in New York City, of course, on November 9, 2007. Fats Domino was born in 1928, so he turned 79 (and still looking good!) the year this photo was taken. Fats Domino died at age 89 a decade later, in 2017.
