Henry Kissinger in a tuxedo

Dr. Henry Kissinger (center) is flanked by economist Alan Greenspan (left) and foreign policy thinker Zbigniew Brzezinski, all of them now eminence grise types in tuxedos. The occasion was an evening honoring Kissinger, held by the National Defense University Foundation at what is described as it's "prestigious annual American Patriot Award Gala" in Washington D.C. The date was December 2, 2008. Henry Kissinger was born way back in 1923, so he turned 85 the year this photo was taken.
