Here's the cover of Jack LaLanne's book, Live Young Forever, which was published in paperback in 2009. The Robert Kennedy who wrote the foreword is not that Robert Kennedy, the former U.S. Senator and Attorney General. That Robert Kennedy was killed in 1968, 41 years before the publication of this book.
