Janet Jackson poses for photographers on the red carpet at the World Music Awards in Monte Carlo on May 5, 1999. That tiny white hat may be a Jackie Kennedy-type pillbox hat, or it may be less of a hat and more like a wrap for her hair topknot. We just cannot tell at this distance. She looks great!
