Baseball player and feel-good story Jim Morris poses in his uniform for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Morris became a sensation in 1999 when he became a major league rookie at age 35, after years as a high school science teacher. Morris pitched for Tampa Bay in 21 games during the 1999 and 2000 seasons, before retiring with an injured shoulder during spring training 2001.
