Kofi Annan is surrounded by academics

Kofi Annan, Secretary-General of the United Nations from 1997-2006, is awarded the title of Doctor of Public Service at George Washington University in Washington DC. Stephen Joel Trachtenberg presented him with his honors. This all happened on May 5, 2006.
