Luciano Pavarotti wears a hat and gets an award

LUCIANO PAVAROTTI (right, in his signature hat and scarf) holds up a framed award declaring him a Citizen of London. This took place in London, England (natch) on September 13, 2005. Pavarotti was born in 1935, so he turned 70 the year this photo was taken -- the same year that he went on a worldwide farewell tour.
