Michael Jordan baseball card (way fuzzy)

This Michael Jordan baseball card is so fuzzy as to be embarrassing. (Sorry!) But we present it here because it's part of an interesting historical record: basketball hero Michael Jordan did indeed take a shot at playing pro baseball from 1993-95. His one real season was 1994, when he played for the Birmingham Barons, the double-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox. This shot of Jordan in a White Sox jersey is probably from spring training of 1994. Jordan "retired" from baseball in March of 1995 and returned to playing basketball for the Chicago Bulls.
