Paula Abdul boogies down for AIDS

Paula Abdul grooves on the dance floor during the "Taking it the Beach" event at a party for the American Foundation for AIDS Research (AMFAR). This was in Los Angeles, California, on July 23, 2005. That's not cartoon star MC Skat Kat she's dancing with, as she did in her 1989 video for "Opposites Attract"; it's just a regular human being. That said, it must be a little tricky to be Paula Abdul when you just want to go out and dance a little at a wedding or a party; suddenly everyone expects you to be dazzling with the choreography and what-have-you. Well, she looks like she's enjoying herself here.
