Princess Stephanie boogies with her bro

"Boogies" isn't a really apt description of this moment, to be fair. Princess Stephanie (right) is doing a nicely elegant-type dance with her older brother, Prince Albert, at Le Bal de la Rose in Monaco on March 20, 1999.

First created by their mother Princess Grace in 1954, the annual Le Bal de la Rose (in English, the Rose Ball) is held each year in the Salle des Etoiles of the Sporting Monte-Carlo. "This unique event brings together international high society for the first major society event of the year," reports the Visit Monaco website. "In one evening, it illuminates the Principality with splendour and light, creating an atmosphere of brilliance and celebration."

We at Who2 are pro-boogie, but we are also all for splendour, light, and celebration, so we heartily endorse this event. Prince Albert was born in 1958 and Princess Stephanie in 1965, so they turned 41 and 34, respectively, the year this photo was taken.
