Princess Stephanie of Monaco gets clowned

Princess Stephanie of Monaco laughs at ringside as a clown -- or a ringmaster? -- with a red suit and crazy hair performs hijinks in front of her. This was in 2006, as part of the 30th anniversary celebration of the Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo (that is, the Monte Carlo Circus Festival). The event featured the return of some of the best award-winning acts seen throughout the three decades of the festival. Princess Stephanie was there in her capacity as the president of the Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo.
