This cartoon portrait of Scott Baio is from the VH1 channel's 2007 TV series, Scott Baio is 45... and Single. The image was released as part of the promotions for the series, a hoked-up "reality" show in which Baio visited old girlfriends to make amends.
In truth, this should probably be called a Scott Baio caricature rather than a Scott Baio portrait. The difference between the two is that a portrait is a straight-up image of a person, while a caricature is "a pictorial representation of someone in which distinguishing features are exaggerated for comic effect." The exaggerated eyebrows alone qualify this as a caricature of Scott Baio. Given how Baio looks, you might even call them "eye-bros." Has anyone invented that term yet? (Quickly checks Google.) Yes, someone already has coined the term "eyebros." Never mind.
