Rowan Atkinson sits atop a… well, you have to see it

Rowan Atkinson, in character as his alter-ego Mr. Bean, arrives at the Goodwood Revival in Goodwood, England on September 19, 2009. The Goodwood Revival is a vintage car race of sorts, per the official site: "The Revival is the only historic race meeting to be staged entirely in period dress and is a return to the halcyon days of Goodwood as the spiritual home of British motor racing." We don't know what the mop and strap are all about -- could he possibly be steering and braking with them? -- but it's all very Mr. Bean-ish indeed.
