Gabrielle Giffords

Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords meets with a senior citizen in a media shot from the website of her 2010 Congressional camnpaign. Giffords was shot on 8 January 2011 in Tucson by a 22-year-old gunman. Gifford survived, but six other people were killed.
