Maggie Smith accepts her 2016 Emmy Award

The producers of 'Downton Abbey' released this comment from Maggie Smith after her third Emmy win, in 2016, for her performance as the Dowager Countess in the show. Maggie Smith hadn't attended the Emmy Awards that year, prompting host Jimmy Kimmel to say that he would put her statue in the local lost and found office. The Emmy was Maggie Smith's fourth overall: one for the 2003 TV movie "My House in Umbria," and three for "Downton Abbey."
