Paul Allen’s yacht Octopus — again!

Have you had enough yet of photos of the Octopus, the yacht of wealthy Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen? Because we have more! Here's one last shot of the Octopus as it sat off the sunny coast of Cannes, France on May 11, 2011. Paul Allen made regular appearances at Cannes, hosting fab parties on the yacht and visiting his villa at Cap Ferrat. As one of the co-founders of Microsoft, he was fabulously wealthy, which is how you end up hosting movie stars and supermodels on your yacht parked outside of Cannes year after year. Alas, wealth couldn't stop time; Paul Allen died in 2018, at the young age of 65.
