Rowan Atkinson shakes hands at the Goodwood Revival

Rowan Atkinson, in character as his alter-ego Mr. Bean, shakes hands with a mere mortal at the Goodwood Revival in Goodwood, England on September 19, 2009. The Goodwood Revival is an annual car race with old cars: "The Revival is the only historic race meeting to be staged entirely in period dress and is a return to the halcyon days of Goodwood as the spiritual home of British motor racing." Atkinson appeared, for reasons unknown, in an easy chair mounted atop a tiny British car.
