Shannon Tweed poses in satin (or nylon?)

Actress Shannon Tweed poses in a snappy shirt made of satin (or nylon or orlon?) in this photo from 2002. Five years later, she was hit with a small claims court claim by the photographer, Dimitri Halkidis, who alleged that Tweed did not get his permission before featuring photos he had taken in her book Kiss & Tell. Public records reveal that Halkidis filed a claim against Tweed in Los Angeles County on April 2, 2007. The hearing occurred on May 17, 2007, with judge Carol Hallowitz presiding. Per those court records, the plaintiff (Halkidis) appeared but the defendant (Tweed) did not. However, in a twist ending, the court ordered the case dismissed without prejudice, "per plaintiff's request."
