Celebrity Relative
Knox Leon Jolie-Pitt is the son of actors Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. He is one of twins: he and his sister Vivienne Jolie-Pitt were born in 2008 at the Santa Maria maternity clinic of the Fondation Lenval in Nice, France. Jolie and Pitt also have four other children: Maddox (adopted in 2002), Zahara (adopted in 2005), Shiloh (born to Jolie and Pitt in 2006), and Pax (adopted in 2007). Knox and Vivienne were born via Caesarian section after Jolie had spent two weeks resting and preparing for the birth in Nice. Both twins weighed about five pounds. Knox was born first, according to People.com: "Knox was born at 6:27 p.m. on July 12. Sister Vivienne came within a minute of that time."
Extra credit: Knox is "the middle name of Pitt's maternal grandfather, Hal Knox Hillhouse," according to E! Online....The maternity clinic where he was born was sometimes called simply the Lenval Hospital in news reports... Knox's middle name was spelled as Léon in the hospital's official birth announcement in French, but as Leon (without accent) for its announcement in English.
