You may recall that the whole thing started on Saturday with this tweet from Donald Trump, threatening to give Gennifer Flowers a front-row seat at the debate. Flowers is the Arkansas woman who testified under oath that she had a 12-year affair with Bill Clinton, Hillary’s husband, starting in 1977 when she was a reporter for KARK-TV in Little Rock.
Clinton denied the whole thing, got elected and reelected as president, and then in 1998 admitted that he had had a sexual encounter with Flowers — but only one time, he said. Given his record with Monica Lewinsky and others, you may believe what you like.
Gennifer Flowers posed nude for Penthouse in 1992, wrote a memoir titled Passion and Betrayal in 1996, and since then has been a singer and occasional movie actor. Her website now calls her a public speaker, author and entertainer.
