Paul McCartney Plays Yankee Stadium

Super-enthusiastic reviews for Paul McCartney‘s concerts at Yankee Stadium this weekend. McCartney even worked in a baseball joke for the crowd: “Who’s this Derek Jeter guy? Somebody said he had more hits than me.”

Jeter has 3000+ hits, but that barely seems like more than Sir Paul.  The set list, according to the NY Daily News:

Paul McCartney’s coming to Cincinnati on August 4th, but wouldn’t you know, we’ll be out of town that night. Ah, well.  At the rate he’s going, there will be other chances.
