Bristol Palin has given birth to a 7-pound, 4-ounce baby boy, according to People and The New York Post.
The boy’s name is reported as Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston.
The Post uses the term “babydaddy” to describe Levi Johnston, the father of the baby. Bristol and Levi caused a ruckus in September, when her teen pregnancy was announced just a few days after her mother, Sarah Palin, was chosen to be John McCain‘s running mate.
Johnson has reportedly dropped out of school and is studying to be an electrician, while Bristol Palin (says People) is “completing her high-school diploma through correspondence courses.”
