Common Bonds: Publish and Perish

Six authors who made a bundle — after they were buried.

We’ve reached all the way back to Copernicus for this feature. His classic De revolutionibus orbium coelestium was published just before he died in 1543. That’s sort of like Stieg Larsson, who got a publishing deal for his Millennium Trilogy in 2004, then had a fatal heart attack on the way to his regular job. In case you haven’t heard of Larsson, he’s the guy who wrote The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. Surely you’ve heard of that.

Read their stories in Common Bonds: Publish and Perish.
